Reset a seat

One purchase covers 2 PCs. Got a new PC? Move a seat from the old machine to the new one here. Each seat gets one free reset per year - more than that, contact support. Your license expiry never changes in a reset.

Both Hardware IDs are in the indicator: NinjaTrader → the indicator's Properties → 01 - Purchase. Your purchase code is in your purchase email.

After the reset, open NinjaTrader on the new PC and make sure your purchase code is in the indicator (Properties → 01 - Purchase) - you are set. A confirmation is emailed to you; if a reset ever happens that you did not request, reply to that email right away.
