Orderflow Liquidity Bundle

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 8, 2026. These terms govern every purchase of the Orderflow Liquidity Bundle ("the Bundle") - the NinjaTrader 8 indicators 1 Big Trades and 1 Levels & Absorption. By buying the Bundle you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

The Bundle is software. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use both indicators for the duration you selected at checkout (7 days up to lifetime). You are not buying ownership of the software.

Your license

Term and expiry

Both the purchase code and the backup license key expire at the end of the duration you bought; the licensing server's clock decides. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews - a new term is a new purchase.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the supported product: the Bundle as built for NinjaTrader 8, for as long as it is offered and supported. It is not the buyer's lifetime, and it depends on things no seller controls - the NinjaTrader 8 platform, a compatible data feed, and the licensing service. If the Bundle is ever discontinued, lifetime purchases will be honoured through an announced end-of-support date at least 12 months out, and your offline backup license key - which needs no server - keeps working on its bound PC for as long as that NinjaTrader 8 installation runs.

Seats and resets

The first PC is bound by the Hardware ID you enter at checkout; a second PC binds the first time it activates. Each seat includes one free reset per year through the seat reset page - a reset moves a seat to a new PC and never changes your expiry. Beyond that, contact support. How Hardware IDs work is explained in the Hardware ID & Licensing Policy.

Refunds

Every purchase carries a 7-day full refund, no questions asked: reply to your purchase email within 7 days of purchase and the payment is returned to your original payment method. A completed refund ends the license - the indicators deactivate at their next launch.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed or charged back, the license ends immediately. Please contact support first - nearly everything can be sorted out faster by email, and the 7-day refund above makes disputes unnecessary.

Not financial advice - trading risk

The Bundle is charting software: a tool for reading market data. It is not financial advice, it does not place trades, and it does not guarantee any result. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

Availability

The licensing service is provided on a best-effort basis. The indicators carry a signed offline grace pass, so a short service outage will not lock out a paying customer mid-term.

Liability

THE BUNDLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and no liability is accepted for trading losses or other indirect damages.

Changes

These terms may be updated for future purchases; updates never apply retroactively. The version in force for a purchase is the one published at the time of that purchase, and past versions are available from support on request.

Disputes - please read this part

First, talk to us: before starting any formal proceeding, email support and give us 30 days to work it out - the 7-day refund and a human on the other end resolve almost everything.

If a dispute still cannot be resolved, it will be decided by binding individual arbitration - not in court - administered under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Harris County, Texas or held remotely, under Texas law. Claims within small-claims limits are decided on documents only unless the arbitrator orders a hearing. The arbitrator may award any remedy a court could award, including remedies under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Opt-out: you may reject this arbitration section by emailing support within 30 days of your purchase saying so. Opting out changes nothing else in these terms.

Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court for emergency relief against misuse of the software or licenses.

Class-action waiver: disputes may be brought only in your individual capacity. You and the store each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceeding, and an arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. For any dispute that does end up in court, both sides waive trial by jury.

If this arbitration section is ever found unenforceable as a whole, disputes will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: reply to your purchase email or write to the support address in it.
